Funds are held by our payments provider. Renosafe records and facilitates the milestone payment workflow.

How payments work

Homeowners pay no fees.

Funding is by bank transfer or PayID only, no cards.

Each milestone is released only on homeowner approval.

5% retention is held during the defects liability period and released at the end unless a defect is logged.

If a project is cancelled, only unreleased funds are refunded.

Disputes are resolved by agreement between the parties, withdrawal, or an external determination. Renosafe does not decide them.
